This prestigious academic training programme is sponsored by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi and aims to strengthen research methodology, academic writing, quantitative and qualitative research skills among PhD scholars across India.

- 10 seats for scholars outside Odisha
- 10 seats for scholars within Odisha
- 10 seats for local scholars from Rourkela

Registration Fee
There is no registration fee for selected participants.
Travel Allowance
Outstation participants will receive reimbursement for:
- Sleeper class train fare OR
- Actual bus fare by shortest route
Note:
Airfare, taxi charges, auto fare, and personal vehicle expenses will not be reimbursed as per ICSSR guidelines.
Accommodation and Hospitality
Selected outstation participants will receive:
- Free accommodation at NIT Rourkela Guest House
- Food and refreshments during the programme
Local participants will receive lunch and refreshments during course sessions.
