Introduction :
Business Markets have become integral to the survival, strength and sustain ability of economic well-being of a nation. Financial Deepening and Innovation have become the precursors of a strong and viable economic structure. Digitization of the business system and its components have certainly led to widening its scope, accessibility and has also contributed to further challenges of risk and reliability. Over the past few years, the Indian business ecosystem is witnessing a trial of perception and trust. Adding to the woes of this system, the global disruption in the garb of COVID-19 has brought all the Business such as Manufacturing and Services under pressure of sustenance vs. performance

Call for Papers :
Research articles that are conceptual or descriptive are invited from Academicians’, Industrialists, Research scholars, students from various discipline on any of the given sub themes or any other management field or inclusive growth related topics. Successfully Reviewed papers will be accepted for Conference Proceedings having ISBN. Selected papers will be published In MBA department journal “Prabhandan”
Submission Guidelines :
The manuscript should be prepared in the following format;
- Abstract of not more than 250 words with 3-4 key words at the end of abstract. Abstract should include; Title, Background.
- The author(s) should provide their name/s, affiliation, mailing address, Email and Phone number below the Abstract.
- Final Paper words limited to 3000-4000 words, not exceeding 6 pages.
- Font Type and Size: Times New Roman – 12 with single line spacing, 1.5 inch margin on both the sides, A4 size paper. Paper should be submitted in word format only.
- All the figures and tables should be appropriately numbered. The list of tables and figures along with page numbers need to be mentioned in a tabulated form at the end of the paper as an appendix. Bibliography should be in APA format.
- Please submit paper (word format) & bank UTR number to email address conference@git.edu
- All authors are requested to mention title & UTR (payment) in the subject line of email.
Presentation (Offline & Online) :
- Registration of one of the authors is mandatory for presentation.
- Author(s) are required to present on offline or online as per schedule
- Presentation of the research paper by at least one of the authors is mandatory.
- All papers will undergo plagiarism check and the max limit for plagiarism is 15%.

- Notification of the acceptance of the full paper : 25th Sept ,2022
