The fourth Industrial Revolution is emerging and evolving at an exponential rather than a linear ace and disrupting almost every industry in every country Industry 4 0 is the current trend of automation and data exchange in manufacturing technologies Industry 4 0 is a concept that originated from the German industry, and whose essence is the use of technology for efficient production It includes cyber physical systems, the Internet of things and cloud computing Industry 4 0 creates what has been called a “smart factory” These changes are signalling the transformation of entire systems of production, management, and governance While many organizations might still be in denial about how Industry 4.0 could impact their business, several others are implementing changes and preparing for a future where smart machines are escalating their business This conference is proposed to discuss and share platform to bringout the business practices that is economically viable, socially responsible and environmentally friendly, which is usually regarded as being sustainable Corporations that include socially responsible and environmentally sound policies as core elements in their growth strategy very often create sustainable economic values

Research papers are invited for presentation publication in the conference Papers should be original and may be of real time/contemporary issues or of empirical in nature Maximum of two persons can be as authors Author(s) are advised to prepare the manuscript in accordance with the APA format Full paper not exceeding more than 12 pages in all, should be submitted with an Abstract in 200 words 45 keywords through e-mail attachment only as word document to aim4conference@gmail.com before the last date Authors should clearly mention their designation, affiliation complete address for correspondence, with e mail and mobile numbers

Important Guidelines

• The Papers presented in the conference will only be considered for publication.
• The papers satisfying the guidelines and plagiarism norms of the journal shall be selected Authors will be intimated about their Paper selection, for presentation / publication.
• Shortlisted papers will be considered for publication in UGC Care Listed Journal The IUP Journal of Marketing Management after blind referral process.
• The authors are requested to adhere the guidelines of the Journal for publication.
• Accepted papers would be required to pay processing charges , on intimation

• Feedback forms will be provided for all sessions and it is mandatory for every participant to fill it
