Recognizing this, the “Capacity Building Program for the Young Sciences on Entrepreneurship and Startups” aims to empower faculty with the knowledge, skills, and tools to integrate entrepreneurial approaches into their academic and research pursuits.
Thi s program is specifically designed for young faculty members across the (fsciplines such as management, sociology, economics, political science, psychology, and related fields. It seeks to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world application by encouragi ng faculty to incorporate entrepreneurial thinking into curriculum design, research projects, and student mentoring. Through a blend of expert-led sessions, case discussions, and networking opportunities, participants will gain a deeper understandingOf how to engage with the startup ecosystem and contribute meaningfully to innovation-driven education. By the end of the program, participants will be better equipped to act as enablers of change—fostering an entrepreneurial mindset among students, initiating interdisciplinary collaborations, and leveraging their research for real-world impact- This programme is all about equipping a new generation of academicians with a comprehensive entrepreneurial wisdom who view entrepreneurship as a tool for Societal advancement.

Objectives
To equip young S«ial Sciences faculty with foundational knowledge and practical insights into entrepreneurship, innovation, and startup ecosystems.
To enhance the ability of faculty to integrate entrepreneurial thinking and startup-related content into Social Sciences curricula ard pedagogy,
To foster interdisciplinary collaboration and encourage faculty to mentor students in developing socially relevant, community-driven entrepreneurial solutions,
To strengthen the capacity of faculty to translate academic research into viable entrepreneurial research and entrepreneurial initiatives.
