AICTE-ISTE SPONSORED ONLINE INDUCTION/REFRESHER PROGRAMME ON “ASSESSMENT TECHNIQUE IN TEACHING” 16 FEBRUARY 2022 – 22 FEBRUARY 2022

OBJECTIVES

This programme is designed with relevance of Engineering / Polytechnic faculties to impart knowledge of various techniques of
Assessment, Assessment of Project Work, e-assessment, Psychomotor Domain and AXective Domain related Skills which
help them to evaluate learning outcomes of their own domain courses.

-To impart knowledge various techniques assessment for
paper and paperless text.

-To identify/select the relevant assessment technique for
evaluating the learning outcomes.

 

The Program aims to cover the following topics

·   Introduction to cognitive, psychomotor, ahective domain, revised blooms taxonomy, Dave’s Taxonomy Details.

·      Need of assessment, Characteristics and Principle of assessment, Significance and types of assessment.

·   Types of direct and indirect assessment tools to measure students learning at course, programme, Institute level

·  Design of diherent type of questions-completion, short answer, essay, numerical questions, multiple choice questions.

·        Design of checklist, rubrics, rating scales. Designing tips for oral test

·        Design and Development of specification table and question paper respectively.

·        Development of E-tools to assess E content.

·        Design and development of relevant assessment method to assess the project work.

REGISTRATION

·       No Registration Fees

·   Confirmation of eligible candidates will be on FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVE basis and preference will be given to  ISTE members.

·        Number of participants is limited to 100.

·        The selected participants will be intimated through email after final selection.
